About Me

Aya Lin is a mindfulness writer and soft-spoken guide devoted to helping young men heal from burnout through presence and inner stillness.

Born in San Francisco to Chinese-American parents, Aya grew up between city life and quiet spiritual roots, often spending summers in her grandmother’s tea garden in Hangzhou, China. She studied psychology and Eastern philosophy at UCLA, but it wasn’t until a deep burnout in her early 20s that she truly began her healing journey.

A silent retreat in Bali shifted everything — Aya chose to stop chasing and start holding space.

Now living a quiet life in Santa Monica, she shares calming quotes, tea rituals, and mindful reflections with a growing online community drawn to her gentle energy.

She believes real strength is soft, healing begins in stillness, and slow mornings can save lives.
